Finance Manager (Renewables)
Location: Denver
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + bonus
Piper Maddox are currently supported a global real estate powerhouse as they continue to expand their renewable energy capability. The successful candidate will play a key part in modeling, forecasting and overseeing the ever expanding renewable energy portfolio for the business.
What you will do:
- Lead on the financial modeling for renewable energy development projects (solar and storage) for large C&I customers.
- Oversee major financial assessments including forecasting, DCF's, RIR's and investment feasibility.
- Assess overall project risk and performance, working with the executive team to address potential red flags.
What yo will have:
- Deep understanding of C&I solar and storage financing is key.
- Hand on experience of creating and updating complex financial models to oversee renewable energy projects.
- Ideally experience working within the renewable energy IPP or developer.
