We are looking to attract a Platform CFO for a prestigious Global PE-backed Manufacturer of a broad line of Industrial Control Products focusing on servicing Customers in various Industries.
This extremely profitable multi-site business has EBITDA in the 25%+ range. They are experiencing significant growth that is outpacing their competitors. They are very acquisitive and expect several additional acquisitions to bring the revenue to the $100M range with an anticipated 3-4-year exit.
This role requires heavy travel for the first six months but significantly declines over time.
This CFO will be a critical member of the CEO's Executive Leadership Team, involved in every aspect of the business. The role oversees the organization's Finance team, M&A, and IT.
