Trader - HFT Market Making - Chicago
Leading prop shop is hiring experienced Traders to work on their HFT Options Market Making strategies.
Skills & Experience requirements:
- Research and identify new trading opportunities, designing and implementing profitable market-making strategies across global markets.
- Optimize and enhance existing strategies to maximize profitability, utilizing comprehensive trade analysis, execution analysis, and low-latency performance reviews.
- Lead market-making efforts on various instruments, driving measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) and becoming a top market maker by volume.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve technical infrastructure, such as rolling out advanced hardware and maintaining execution efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior traders and new hires, providing guidance on options theory and trading strategies to foster team development.
