Position: AI Editorial Director / Content Strategist
Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week in Boston, MA
Status: Full-Time - Direct Hire

Salary: $155,000 - $172,000 with bonus opportunities based on performance
Job Description:
Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking an Editorial Director / Content Strategist with strong campaign strategy experience and a deep knowledge of and interest in AI to join their team!
This is a full-time, hybrid position in Boston. You will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization's content program on AI
- Partner with the global AI campaign team to define and evolve a cohesive, company-wide, content strategy
- Conceive and manage the development of editorial features that showcase the organization's insights on AI-related topics of high interest to leaders in business and
society
- Concept original content for marketing assets, in formats ranging from articles and reports to videos and infographics, helping to shape and refine the campaign narrative
- Edit AI-related content written by internal and external authors
- Shape, manage, and develop the pipeline of AI-related content
- Identifying opportunities to improve AI content quality and streamline the development process
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external thought leaders as well as a global hub of writers, editors, producers, and strategists
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, especially among senior decision-makers in the business
- Actively shape written and spoken material into sharp, compelling, and engaging content for senior business professionals
- Make recommendations for new and innovative content
- Take action to help move work forward and show initiative in solving problems and overcoming challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 10 years of work experience in a professional services environment or similar
- Proven editorial skills + deep knowledge of AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on informing and influencing decisions that affect content strategy, development, and amplification
- Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Stay abreast of the market-leading themes related to AI
- Apply a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics to inform content strategy
- Utilize internal communication tools to help manage projects and stay connected to various projects
- Be able to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels
- Be a team player with great interpersonal skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be able to synthesize client and internal feedback to produce high-quality work for all deliverables
- Be comfortable working in a team across multiple time zones
