We have 2 contract to hire positions for Construction Project Manager / Superintendent.
There are 153 locations around LA Metro area so travel is required. Travel expenses will be covered.
This is Tech/Construction, Experience with fiber optic, low voltage, Experience as a Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, or field operation manager; who has been working in the field running crews, Experience with school districts, understands local government, union experience is a plus. This Superintendent will be required to be onsite on Monday through Friday. Experience with low voltage, structured cabling, fiber optic cabling, networking is a must. Experience working in school districts, local government or healthcare a huge plus.
They will be managing Union resources.
Experience managing Local 11 resources is a plus.

The Superintendent is responsible for providing overall on-site leadership including supervision, scheduling, financial management, subcontractor relations, and other related activities.
Essential Functions
•Coordinates and supervises all construction activities
•Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications
•Maintains construction schedule, and identifies and solves problems
•Ensures contractor places material orders and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process
•Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors and other team members
•Reviews prepared schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list
•Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
•Ensures all company team members and contractors are adhering to the company safety policies

•Ability to work varied day and evening timeframes required and ability to daily travel within the greater Los Angeles area
•Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision and Subcontractor management
•Experienced in managing multiple projects
•Lead and Asbestos Certification RRP OEM
