TITLE: CTO of Infrastructure, AWS, DevOps, Blockchain
LOCATION: On-Site in San Francisco, CA or Plano, TX
PAY: Target salary for this role is between 250-300K but may vary based on experience

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- This is a Senior-level, hands-on, CTO of Infrastructure role
- Oversee the DevOps team while taking a hands-on approach to designing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will serve as the principal architect for cloud solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems are implemented. You will also automate deployment pipelines and improve operational efficiency through infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment.
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team, establishing best practices and driving technical excellence.
- Design and architect cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Oversee the design and implementation of application build, release, deployment, and configuration activities.
- Establish and promote best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Ensure proactive monitoring, alerting, trend analysis, and self-healing systems are implemented and maintained.
- Manage our cloud environments per company security guidelines
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a DevOps Leader, ideally within a blockchain or Web3 company.
- 7+ years of experience in managing Linux-based infrastructure.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience, at least in one scripting language.
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a start-up organization is ideal
- Previous work experience in blockchain/Web3 is ideal but not required
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas
