As part of our Franchising Sales Organization, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring seamless operations and world-class support for our growing network of brands. You’ll manage requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across departments to ensure nothing slips through the cracks!
What You’ll Do:
- HubSpot Pro: Manage and optimize our CRM for smooth onboarding and day-to-day operations.
- Ticketing Master: Handle requests through our ticketing system, resolving issues efficiently and providing excellent customer service.
- Customer-Facing Guru: Collaborate with franchisees, clients, and internal teams to deliver timely support and solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Keep our systems running like clockwork by identifying process improvements and supporting operational initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience with HubSpot (CRM & Ticketing System experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- A proactive attitude with an eye for process improvements and efficiency
