Duties/Responsibilities:
• ATS Management:
o Administer and support the Front Office ATS, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
o Analyze, design and oversee any and all enhancements, changes, projects and ensure seamless
execution.
o Configure and customize ATS settings to meet organizational requirements and user needs.
o Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to address issues promptly.
• APIs and Integrations:
o Manage and support APIs and integrations between the ATS and other internal and external systems
(e.g., CRM, HRIS, job boards).
o Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement and troubleshoot integrations.
o Ensure data integrity and seamless flow between systems, addressing integration issues as they arise.
• Technical Support:
o Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding ATS functionality and troubleshooting.
o Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, integrations, and standard
operating procedures.
o Analytics and Reporting:
o Analyze system performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
o Generate and review reports to ensure data accuracy and provide insights into system utilization and
efficiency.
• Project Management:
o Lead or participate in projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, or new technology
implementations.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Compliance and Security:
o Ensure that the ATS and associated technologies comply with company policies, industry regulations, and
security standards.
o Monitor and address potential security vulnerabilities and data privacy concerns.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and
innovations.
- o Implement best practices for system administration and integration.
Education and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant
certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on Salesforce/ATS and
related technologies. Experience within the staffing industry.
• Technical Skills:
o Sales Force experience, preferably Target Recruit, is a must
o Apex experience
o Experience with other languages such as Python a plus
o Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
o Experience with data and database management.

o Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Communication:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear documentation.
