- Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Worksite Location: Phoenix, AZ-hybrid
- Hourly Rate: $22.00 per hour
- Duration: Contract-to-Hire
What you will do as an Associate Coordinator:
- Schedule pick-up or delivery appointments with warehouses via phone, email, or online scheduling
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls to drivers to get their location
- Communicate any scheduling issues that arise to the correct parties
- Follow a step-by-step escalation process for any issues
What you will bring to the role as an Associate Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; ideal first job with the opportunity to grow
- Proven ability to multi-task (servers, bartenders, and bank tellers are a few people who are successful)
- Must have excellent customer service attributes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under stress
