We are searching for a Human Resources (HR) Automations Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment. (W-2 position) The person will manage projects under the HR Automations Program as part of the HR Strategic Initiatives team. This pivotal role involves coordinating all activities to ensure HR automations are thoughtfully conceived, thoroughly vetted for technical feasibility, expertly designed to maximize business value, and delivered on schedule and within budget. The successful candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team.
Location: Juno Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR Automations Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation to support automation initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technical solutions for identified automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Facilitate clear and concise communication between HR, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure all automation projects comply with company policies and regulatory requirements by gaining approval from appropriate stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on HR and IT integration.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to quickly learn technical language.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with monday.com project management software is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path or other similar automation platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
