Director of Training
Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Salary: $140,000 - 160,000/yr (DOE)

Are you ready to lead and grow a training division in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? A top-tier security company is seeking an experienced Director of Training to create, manage, and drive excellence within the training division. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about tactical preparedness, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a robust training division from the ground up.
- Develop and implement training programs, including classroom instruction, situational simulations, and tactical training.
- Oversee SOP development, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of appearance and professionalism.
- Coordinate training schedules for firearms, tactical skills, and first aid certifications.
- Manage vendor relations, contracts, and budgets to secure training venues and resources.
- Ensure compliance with BSIS regulations and other industry certifications.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in security training, preferably in residential security or executive protection.
- Strong tactical, physical, and security training background.
- Experience managing budgets and contracts.
- Familiarity with BSIS regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in relevant security programs (PPS, EP).
- Background in law enforcement, military, or high-level residential security.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000 annually
- Status: Exempt
