Experience in the following:
- Oversee a range of Building Automation projects.
- Participate in pre-bid reviews and sales-to-operations turnover meetings, and contribute to the accuracy of the estimate and project layout.
- Maintain overall correspondence responsibility for projects.
- Maintain overall financial responsibility for projects including.
- Prepare and maintain all change orders.
- Coordinate with Vendors and Subcontractors.
- Manage Vendors and Subcontractors to ensure quality control.
