Responsibilities:
This is a critical leadership role in our construction department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and oversee all construction operations for our Knoxville region, from planning through execution and delivery. We are looking for strategic, quality- and deadline-driven leaders who can help drive our bottom line and ensure that all projects adhere to the budget, timeline and specs that were promised.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, preferably recent experience in home building or community/residential development
- Experience in budget management, project scheduling and project management
- Team leadership - recruiting, hiring/firing and professional development experience
- OSHA Certification
Nice to Have Skills:
- 15+ years of experience
- Certified PMP (and/or ability to obtain a PMP certification)
- OSHA 40
