We are currently searching for CDL A driving professionals to complement our team in Brevort, MI.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck, pull both sand box and dump trailers
- Haul various bulk sand material
- Properly track and document activity log
- Inspect truck before and after trip
- Report any issues or incidents to operations manager.
Skills and Requirements:
- Commercial driver's license (Class A) is mandatory
- Minimum one-year truck driving experience under CDL A license preferred
- Experience with sand box hauling is preferred
- Ability to drive tractor-trailer on multiple routes
- Must be able to perform routine inspection of the vehicle
- Acceptable drivers abstract
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends an asset
