Responsibilities:
- Monitor, sustain and track the NTSP critical elements by defining manpower, personnel, and training requirements, strategies, constraints, risks and Technical Manuals/Technical Documents.
- Expertise to develop, revise, conduct annual reviews, provide updates IAW OPNAVINST 1500.76 (series), and provide recommendations to the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) N2/N6 utilizing Human Analysis & Requirement Planning System (HARPS) for all NTSPs.
- Create and maintain a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) for all NTSPs and adjudicate all redlines associated with newly developed and/or revised NTSPs in accordance with IAW OPNAVINST 1500.76 (series).
- Provide recommendations to the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) N2/N6 utilizing HARPS for the following NTSPs, and Technical Manuals/Technical Documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Psychology or related training systems discipline.
- Working towards Training Certification in Navy’s Basic Instructor Training (either NEC 805A or 9502) or a current industry standard trainer certification, such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).
- Cybersecurity Work Force (CSWF) qualified in 12 months.
- Seven (7) years of professional training experience, to include: establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.
- Hands-on experience with Navy Shipboard Networks to include CANES, or other TACNET systems. -Experience should include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Documentation, and Training.
- Recognized expert who has demonstrated expertise in C4I Networks and System Administration. Technical Training in TACNET, or other Navy C4I systems Administration and Maintenance.
