Title: Contract Administrator – CSD
Location: Hybrid, must be local to the Bay Area. The customer is looking for someone to go onsite a few times a month.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contracts and vendor management professional with a strong background maintaining documentation controls in accordance with policies and procedures.
Knowledgeable in procurement, service level agreements (SLAs), contract administration, and contract negotiations with IT and security.
Experience creating Purchase Orders received from IT partners and end-customers and managed document routing in accordance with delegation of authority (DOA), and tracks document routing to ensure timely processing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have previous experience
General financial experience is a Must, but does not have to be project specific financials
Customer Service experience
Must be local to Bay area and willing to go onsite
