Position Title: Senior Manager, SAP SD & PP Super User
Duration: 3-6 month contract, 40/hrs per week

Location: Remote, most be located in EST
- TRAVEL IS REQUIRED
- 1-2 weeks of travel per month
Summary:
The SAP Sales (SD) & Production (PP) Super User will work with our clients Supply Chain teams to embed solutions and processes within SAP. This person will be the primary SME for SAP SD+PP solutions, responsible to ensure its successful adoption during the deployments across their location sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SAP Sales & Distribution & Production Planning experience
- 2+ years experience with S4 HANA.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Production planning as an end user / key user / super user.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office required
- Ability to travel as needed.
- CPG, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or agriculture industry experience HIGHLY preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The key tasks to focus on will be to stabilize the first go-live in CT, covering upskilling the team through training, including any new hires, being overall first point of contact for the business users and liaison to the SAP team for technical issues faced, creating and maintaining required documentation and resolving non technical (training, access, data issues). The super user will also engage with future deployment sites (large CPG facilities) to help engage and prepare them for a later move to SAP, focused on gap analysis, system demos and data cleansing and preparation.
- Leads the rollout of developed SAP / S4HANA solutions and processes across designated markets as they go live, specifically within SD and PP.
- Complete all assigned implementation deliverables as Business Lead to deadlines for portfolio projects and enhancements.
- Lead user gap analysis, acceptance testing, data migration, and change management to SAP S4 HANA at the direction of the SAP team.
- Produce high quality and concise project, user training and user support content in different suitable formats.
- Deliver systems and process demos, exercises, training, and conceptual presentations to engage and upskill the user community.
- Resolve user issues in a timely manner, directly or through liaising with the SAP support team.
- Identify impacted users and roles to help provision access needed for users to perform their job functions.
- Create and identify use cases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and proper test scripts in order to conduct UAT testing.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Supply Chain system processes.
- Provide regular status updates to Business leadership.
- Adhere to deadlines, both internally and cross-functionally, to meet close responsibilities by ensuring implementation is not delayed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
