About Our Team: Our team specializes in wealth management and financial planning, with expertise in cash flow, savings, investment management, and insurance planning. Our unique client-centered financial advisory philosophy and model sets us apart. Our close-knit team, supported by over 80 individuals in various roles, works hard, has fun, and has a keen focus on client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client engagement, including documentation for investment account opening, life and disability insurance underwriting, and our proprietary cash flow management system.
- Maintain client demographics and data records through our CRM and financial planning portals.
- Respond promptly to client service requests and effectively communicate with the planning team to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Assist in executing online marketing campaigns and client events to enhance the overall client service experience.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
- 1-3 years of professional experience within the Financial Services industry is preferred but not required; relevant experience in another industry is applicable.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and being a go-to partner for others.
- Comfortable with working remotely but has the ability to occasionally travel to our Needham office for training and meetings.
