Title: Product Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA – Hybrid (4days Onsite and 1day Remote)

Team:
This is a new global commerce product team. Created a commerce specific team that works globally.
Handle on and off devices for Xfinity products, X1, Flex and retail devices like Xumo and Stream box.
Goal: Create a scalable and global commerce experience that is platform of choice.
Manager is a Product Lead for XUMO and Xfinity products, TV and Stream Box features and own the Xumo customer portal storefront for customers to log in and browse subscriptions.
Typical day to day
Owning certain products and features on the commerce platform.
Work closely with business counterparts to get needs in, as well as legal, design and UX.
Prioritize and provide a vision and what we are doing to build the experience
Build requirements and make sure designs are use friendly
In charge of customer UI experience.
Looking to grow from just a billing platform to a commerce experience.
Build and present PowerPoints
Role:
Commerce specific role, own features and work with users in the US and UK.
They are different regulations across the globe we need to manage and own customer experience.
There is some back-end technical expertise needed.
Skills:
Curiosity to seek out useful information
Heavy PowerPoint creation and presentations.
Slack, Teams and Confluence are used daily
Data Analysis and work closely with the data team
Comfortable w/ heavy F2F meetings internally across multiple types of teams.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure what we’re building is top notch.
Ideally need someone with a Commerce background
User-experience skills
Billing integration experience is a plus; we often need to integrate with a customer’s backend for things like discounts etc.
Experience working with a third-party app is great to have.
Streaming background could be an alternative to the commerce experience.
