The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience providing comprehensive legal support, with a strong background in both Federal and State court procedures. This role is essential to ensuring that attorneys and the litigation team can meet their deadlines and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare deposition, trial, and record subpoenas following state and federal regulations.
- Review and organize documents from discovery and client materials; manage document production.
- Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests for federal and state court matters.
- Conduct legal research and background checks using Lexis, Pacer, Accurint, and more.
- Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and assist with case preparation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Florida Bar Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Strong knowledge of Federal and Florida Courts.
- Experience with eDiscovery platforms and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
