Our client is looking for a Senior Operations Leader to join their global leadership team. In this newly created role, you'll partner directly with the Global Managing Director of Business Operations (based in the same office) to drive outstanding service delivery across all business functions in the Washington, DC office.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership: Oversee operations and client service, coordinating with both global and local leadership teams.
Team & Project Leadership: Manage subordinate managers, lead strategic planning and execution, and oversee regional projects.
Facilities & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and landlords, oversee construction and facilities, and manage vendor relationships.
Compliance & Process Optimization: Ensure policy compliance and drive continuous improvement across systems and practices, supporting regional teams to achieve firm-wide goals.
Talent & Financial Management: Lead recruitment for support roles, manage regional budgets, and oversee expense management efforts.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or management.
- Significant experience in business operations and management.
- A background in project management, ideally in a relevant industry.
- Proven leadership overseeing multi-jurisdictional teams.
- Experience in professional services or legal sectors is a plus.
