- Top 1/3 of graduating class
- Detail-oriented and proficient at Westlaw
- Strong written and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
Responsibilities
- Conduct written and oral discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Research for and Draft pleadings, briefs, motions
- Participate in all aspect of litigation from case intake through trial
- Maintain client relationships
