As our Marketing Specialist, you will actively craft stunning visual content and execute effective digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand. You will be responsible for not just envisioning, but for creating impactful designs and driving digital campaigns from conception to completion. Your creativity and technical skills will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing efforts of a global company in the legal technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, tradeshow banners, infographics, and promotional content that align with our brand identity.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
- Digital Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Online Presence: Maintain the company’s website and overall online presence, improving key performance indicators and continuously optimizing the site.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Video Content: Produce cohesive, engaging videos that demonstrate the power and promise of our legal technology.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Projects: Undertake other duties and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving business needs.
Role Challenges and Special Working Conditions
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required (10-20%)
- Occasional meetings with the global team may occur during non-standard work hours
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and digital marketing.
- Proficient in design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work and successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Capability to build strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across different cultures.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with video production and editing
- Experience in professional services/software/technology industry
- Experience in the legal industry or court jurisdiction highly desirable
Salary Range
$70,000-$80,000 / year (dependent on experience)
