Job Title: Sustainability Program Manager III
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Bay Area - Remote
Responsibilities:
- Drive engagement strategies with Client's selected suppliers on value chain GHG emissions reduction
- Analyze supplier GHG data, targets, roadmaps, and solutions for trends, projections, and decision-making
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. procurement teams and supplier managers) to deliver timely projects
- Scale the impact of suppliers and internal initiatives to accelerate value chain GHG emissions reduction
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of new and existing GHG reduction initiatives
- Support development and implementation of net zero activities in sourcing and engineering processes
- Effectively communicate program progress internally
- Ability to travel (10%)
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain, environmental science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or operations at a large-scale enterprise.
- Expertise in contract negotiations, supplier management, and roadmap development Proven analytical experience in managing complex data, advanced Excel, and data analytics proficiency.
- Proven experience in diplomatically resolve issues through understanding conflicting inputs, achieving alignment, and proposing go-forward solutions Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g. Sustainability, Procurement Teams, Business teams, Engineering) and managing relationships with complex stakeholders
- Familiarity with global and sectoral sustainability initiatives.
- Understanding of Meta’s products and services.
- Proven communication skills.
