General Contractor seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to lead Industrial Tilt Wall and Warehouse construction projects. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, keeping projects on time, on budget, and ensuring quality and safety throughout.
ROLE
- Manage all on-site construction activities for tilt wall projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce job site safety regulations
- Maintain project schedules and keep the work on track
- Resolve issues that arise and keep the project moving
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial tilt wall projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record managing teams, timelines, and budgets
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
BASE PAY: $100,000-$180,000+
- Per Diem/Vehicle or Allowance
- Travel Housing Paid For
