Responsibilities:
As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will take charge of handling all phases of civil litigation, with responsibilities that include:
- Drafting pleadings and legal documents.
- Conducting depositions and interviews.
- Representing clients in Court hearings.
- Managing cases from start to finish, ensuring excellent outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership with the California Bar.
- 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation or estate litigation.
- Top-notch communication skills (both written and oral).
- A proven track record of leading civil litigation matters independently.
- Trusts & Estatesexperience is preferred but not required—enthusiasm for learning is a big plus!
