🎓About the Role: Employment Law Associate Attorney
- Employment litigation
- The firm does not have an associate class structure. As a mid-level associate, you will collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys
- Represent public and privately-held corporations in employment-related matters, including restrictive covenant, non-compete, and non-solicit agreements, as well as wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation cases.
- Handle a wide range of employment issues, including government audits and wage/labor disputes, under laws such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA.
💰Salary and benefits:
- Salary up to $260k based on experience
🔎Requirements:
- J.D Degree
- 4+ years of experience specialising in defence-side wage and hour litigation.
