Our client, a distinguished intermediary in the lighting industry, is in search of a Lighting Quote Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in facilitating the sales process by providing accurate and timely quotations to clients, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and manufacturers.

Focus:
- Generate accurate and comprehensive quotations for lighting products based on client specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales team members and clients to understand project scope and objectives.
- Liaise with manufacturers to obtain pricing and product information, ensuring quotations align with company standards and client expectations.
- Manage quotation process from initial request to final delivery, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of quotations, pricing, and project details for future reference and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and pricing changes to provide informed recommendations and insights.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the lighting industry or related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting lighting specifications and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex project requirements and provide accurate quotations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, AGI32, and AutoCAD is a plus.
