Robert Half's retail client is looking for an eCommerce Specialist for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity in their Middlesex County, NJ location! This position is onsite 5 days/week!
- Execution of performance marketing strategies (i.e. SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Re-Targeting), primarily focused on driving traffic and conversion to company’s owned website, but also optimizing affiliate programs
- Image and content management to create engaging/relevant marketing campaigns
- Keen sense of relevant holidays/seasonality/promotions to execute relevant programs
- Managing and optimizing an advertising budget
- Develop digital objectives, tactics and channel mix as part of budget planning:
- Inventory management – monitoring PO’s and IOs from partners
- Produce high-quality e-commerce performance reports and recommendations for executive staff
- Ability to track and analyze data to understand which channels are driving the most traffic/revenue, sales and inventory projections
- Issue resolution/customer returns
- Managing website functionality and design using HTML, CSS and Javascript to customize and improve website features
- Proven track record with B2C e-commerce, especially Amazon Seller & Vendor expertise, ensuring product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales. Additional familiarity with Walmart, Shopify and other B2C e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Self-starter, independent thinker, action oriented and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and adaptable
- Strong planning, organizational and management skills
- Strong senior stakeholder communication and influencing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel, Canva
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce tools
