Our clients build their own and operate their RNG facilities and manage one of the largest portfolios of ultra-low impact RNG in the US. They are currently scaling rapidly as they have built up a pipeline of facilities and they looking for professionals to join their team ASAP. you will be key in helping them achieve their goals of net zero.
In this role, you will be responsible for working onsite at their RNG plants to oversee the operations and ensure production goals are being met. You will be troubleshooting and documenting their operations and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the plant’s daily operations to ensure production, financial, and safety targets are achieved.
- Offer technical support by interpreting drawings and recommending construction methods and equipment.
- Establish and maintain strict quality control measures.
- Collaborate with the Amp Americas team to develop and implement project procedures, management tools, and standards.
- Oversee plant commissioning, testing, and post-construction operations to ensure compliance with Operational Acceptance Tests (OATs).
- Consistently follow and enforce plant safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure personal and team accountability for safe operations, including wearing appropriate PPE and engaging in regular safety training and assessments.
Key Requirements:
- Associate’s degree, vocational-technical diploma, or equivalent technical experience (required).
- Certified Electrician
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience in a process production environment or the natural gas industry, with a strong understanding of process flow, is highly desirable.
- Preferred certifications in forklift and man-lift operation.
- Basic computer skills for working with spreadsheets and entering production data.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- At least 5 years of experience in handling process equipment is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and operations is preferred.
