Position Overview: We are seeking three highly experienced and motivated acquisition agents to join our team for a solar leasing and Right-of-Way (ROW) project located an hour south of Chicago. This is a field-based role, not remote, and will require a relentless, results-driven approach. Top pay in the industry with full per diem 7 days x week and mileage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Close challenging deals that others can’t, with a focus on renewable energy (wind and solar).
- Experience in acquiring Right-of-Way Agreements quickly and efficiently.
- Review and interpret title work, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Handle redline revisions from landowner attorneys and negotiate mutually agreeable terms to finalize deals independently.
- Provide accurate, regular status reports to management, detailing the progress of projects from start to finish.
- Maintain proficiency in client databases, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.
- Travel extensively as needed to close deals quickly and effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land acquisition, specifically in leasing and ROW agreements. Preferably in the Renewable Sector.
- Proven track record as a "closer" who excels in turning challenging prospects into signed deals.
- Skilled at identifying and addressing landowners' core concerns, transitioning from resistance to signed agreement.
- Exceptional ability to knock on doors, engage directly with landowners, and close deals face-to-face.
