TekStream’s enterprise project team is looking for smart, friendly and engaging Helpdesk professionals to provide onsite technical support of Windows and Mac laptops, iOS and Android mobile devices, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment.
Applicants must be open to a long term contract and local to Atlanta, GA as these roles are onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 5:30 pm ET.
What we’re looking for…
- Desktop support for large enterprise company/client
- Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac (macOS) as well as mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
