Position: AV Operations Manager
Location: Beltsville, MD (Hybrid schedule, 2 days a week onsite)
Will require infrequent travel to project sites, will receive company vehicle

Salary: $120 – 130k
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in an operations management role
- Proven experience managing projects and teams
- Coming from an Audio/Visual or Technology background/space
- Experience working in the federal space
Day-to-Day
- Insight Global is seeking to hire an AV Operations Manager to support a small government integrator located in the Capital Region. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, resources, operations contracts, and operations risk identification. This role involves supporting customer needs and playing a large role in managing, developing, training and leading specialists in personal, technical and career development training. We are looking for someone to oversee all operations management, resource management, service ticket management (such as monitoring the ticketing system), live production support, and travel to client locations as required to oversee the on-site AV activities.
