About the Job:
- Learn and adapt processes to align with deals, negotiables and legal procedures within the real estate industry. Be an inventor of the wheel all while following compliance.
- Assist legal support staff with team events and meeting facilitation. Be an extended administrative hand to senior management and organize travel needs, administrative document assistance and meeting coordination.
- Using research skills and learned industry knowledge, generate performance and market reports on real estate interests; compiling and summarizing data to provide insight for the legal department’s use.
- Draft, edit and finalize legal documents, contracts, forms, correspondence, agendas, reports, slide decks and materials.
- Maintain a highly organized hard and electronic paper desk. Track project deliverables and deadlines, ensuring all parties are communicated regarding changes in timelines, etc.
- Assist with billing needs across the legal department related to invoices.
- Liaise with external contacts with professionalism and concise communication.
- Oversee workflow, monitor department to-do lists, attend weekly departmental meetings and assist with ad hoc projects.
