We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a positive attitude.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
- Provide customers with detailed information about our services, pricing, and policies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
