We are seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Architect with Systems, Network, Storage, and Cloud Architect to join our team and lead our architectural vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Develop and oversee the architectural framework for systems, networking, storage, and cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement long-term strategies for infrastructure and cloud services, optimizing performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and tools, providing recommendations for adoption to enhance system capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and business units to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure successful implementation of architecture initiatives.
- Documentation and Standards: Create and maintain architectural documentation, guidelines, and standards to promote consistency and clarity across projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to infrastructure and cloud implementations, developing mitigation strategies to address them.
- Vendor Management: Engage with external vendors and service providers to evaluate solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality of service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in systems, network, storage, and cloud architecture, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and industry trends.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their architectural best practices.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar) are a plus.
