Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury preferred
- Proven track record in negotiation and settlement discussions
- Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex legal issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in legal research and using relevant software
- Attention to client needs with a strong commitment to achieving favorable outcomes
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Spanish bilingual not preferred, but not required.
