Job Overview:
In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure successful implementations and customizations. You'll manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Your focus will be on optimizing processes and proactively addressing challenges to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with customers to facilitate workshops and oversee the delivery of Secure Services.
- Leverage your CRM expertise and knowledge of business processes to advise clients on enhancing their security posture within Salesforce.
- Prepare and present risk findings from customer Salesforce orgs, offering remediation guidance.
- Contribute to team strategies and resource coordination to improve operational efficiency and customer success.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including CRM functionalities, customization, and integration best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate team members, and manage conflicts to drive project success and foster a collaborative environment.
- Ability to thrive on diving deep into project specifics to drive progress. With a keen eye for detail, you excel at juggling multiple priorities at once, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- You effectively manage risks while embracing the opportunity to iterate. Ideally, you have experience with high-growth operations and problem-solving in dynamic tech environments. You have a proven history of delivering projects on time and a strong ability to identify potential bottlenecks and roadblocks before they arise.
