Centurion Selection are currently working with a top 3 national owner-developer-builder, operating in the Boston area, who are looking for a Development Coordinator/Office Manager to oversee office operations and provide key project accounting and development support.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Managing office operations including vendor relationships, supply management, and event coordination.
- Supporting the development team by tracking budgets, processing invoices, and coordinating with consultants and suppliers.
- Assisting with new employee onboarding and managing IT requests, along with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth project workflows.
Key Competencies:
- Experience working for a real estate developer or construction firm.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on office management and project support.
- Familiarity with accounting software like Timberline or Yardi is a plus.
