POSITION
We are seeking an Adobe Presales Architect to join our team. This individual will bring deep expertise in Adobe technologies and related domains, such as marketing, digital experience, and ecommerce, to support our clients in achieving their digital transformation goals. The role requires a seasoned professional who can provide strategic leadership, advise on architectural decisions, and deliver solutions tailored to our clients' business challenges. This person will be instrumental in driving presales efforts, working closely with clients and internal teams to design and architect scalable, integrated Adobe solutions that meet the needs of complex, enterprise-level environments.
What you’ll do
- Architectural Leadership: Provide high-level architectural guidance and strategic input for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and other solutions.
- Client Engagement: Lead client-facing engagements to understand business needs, technical requirements, and goals. Present solutions, address technical concerns, and build confidence in the proposed architecture.
- Presales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to deliver comprehensive presales support, including preparing and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) exercises.
- AI/Generative AI Expertise: Advise clients on leveraging AI and Generative AI within the Adobe ecosystem to enhance customer experiences, personalization, and marketing automation. Demonstrate how AI capabilities can drive efficiency, insights, and scalability in content creation, data analysis, and ecommerce strategies.
- Solution Design: Develop end-to-end architecture and solution blueprints that integrate Adobe solutions with other third-party tools, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with client objectives.
- RFP/RFI Responses: Contribute to the creation of high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), including technical solution descriptions and architectural recommendations.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Adobe products, AI/GAI trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies in the marketing, digital experience, and ecommerce space. Share insights with clients and internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, delivery, and product management, to ensure seamless handoff from presales to implementation.
- Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and provide training and support on Adobe solutions and best practices in digital architecture.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, content management, and ecommerce architectures.
- Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) platforms, personalization, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Experience in working with enterprise-level clients and understanding the challenges of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and integration of Adobe solutions into cloud-native environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and present to C-level executives.
- Adobe certifications in one or more relevant products are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Experience with leveraging AI and Generative AI tools in the Adobe ecosystem for automation, content generation, and personalized experiences.
- Experience with headless architectures, APIs, and microservices.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
