Role Overview
We're seeking an effective, take-charge construction project manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality projects from bidding to closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage general contracting and construction management services
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Meet deadlines for estimates, budgets, schedules, procurement, and all construction phases
- Utilize technology skills to manage construction documents and processes
- Serve as an engaged team member, applying creative problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience
- Excellent organizational, managerial, and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Proficiency in construction-related technology and document management
- Capacity for future growth and leadership within the company
- Verifiable experience working on projects $5mm and above
