Texas-based law firm representing Fortune 500 companies, REITs, and large property owners on a contingent fee basis seeks an attorney with 4 to 8 years of civil litigation experience to act as trial counsel. Responsibilities
File petitions, respond to discovery requests, conduct depositions and hearings, prepare and examine experts, try cases throughout Texas.
Qualifications
4 or more years of civil litigation experience required. Actual trial experience is a plus. Must have strong interpersonal skills, a sense of humor, and be comfortable networking. Lots of client interaction. The ability to nurture client relationships and develop business will greatly enhance compensation. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
