Our client, a global (re)insurer is seeking a Portfolio Compliance Monitoring Manager to be an integral part of their investment operations team in New York.
This is a new role which has been developed as this organization looks to scale and increase efficiency in their investment business. You will work very closely with the portfolio team and play a critical role in ensuring the function adheres to internal compliance policies and entity level regulations.
You will oversee portfolio compliance management and reporting in a growing environment, and collaborate with a wide range of other teams to instill accountability with a a fit-for-purpose compliance program in NY.
Previous compliance experience within asset management is required. Process management, adaptability and the ability to work with front line teams are also key. Experience with relevant tools such as BQL and Aladdin Compliance workbench are advantageous.
