Daily Responsibilities:
- Work with different departments within the organization on best practices for field services and operations
- Define future within the Oracle Field Services space
- Participate in GAP analysis based on user stories and requirements that have been gathered
- Lead conversations around key design decisions with the main goal of scaling the clients Oracle Field Services capabilities
- Record user stories for future solutions for the Oracle Cloud Suite/Oracle Field Service
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Field Service, Service Management, and Service Logistics.
- Experience with Oracle Supply Chain
- Proven knowledge of reporting and analytics
- Open to traveling up to 50% to Houston TX and/or San Francisco
