We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Lead - Master Data Management (MDM) for our client in Boston (full-time/hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily MDM operations, ensuring accurate data mastering and timely processing.
- Monitor workflows to meet SLAs for data publication and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and enhance MDM processes.
- Oversee integration with systems like Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with teams on data mastering and reporting requirements.
- Provide training and support for MDM tools and processes.
Desired Competencies:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience, with 7+ years in MDM (Informatica MDM) and 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of MDM workflows and data quality principles.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sets and integration processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
