Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three senior .NET developers.
Handle HR responsibilities including performance evaluations, on/offboarding of team members.
Oversee project management tasks and ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
Technical Work:
Focus on backend development, including new integrations to ingest data.
Ensure compliance and security within all projects.
Work with the AKS tech stack, API Gateway in Azure, and technologies such as Linker D, Kalico, and RestQL.
Apply knowledge of cash and validation processes; Adobe/Analytics knowledge is a bonus.
Drive enterprise development projects, focusing on API integrations outside of the data team’s scope.
Handle security, stability, and privacy projects.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with product managers and Scrum Masters to align on project requirements and deliverables.
Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with .NET/.NET Core and Azure.
Proficiency in backend development with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, and container technologies.
Experience with AKS, API Gateway, Linker D, Kalico, and RestQL.
Knowledge of cash and validation processes is crucial.
Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe/Analytics.

Work Environment:

Must be onsite in Newport Beach, CA, 4 days a week.
