Healthcare Recruiters International seeks a tenured Clinical Director credentialed as a Colorado-licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT to joinanationally recognized mental health, trauma recovery, and substance abuse provider.
As the Clinical Director for this higher-acuity short-term stabilization residential program, you will oversee daily clinical operations, staff development and management, quality of care, interdepartmental staff training and oversight for clinical interventions, treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with policies and organizations' regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Director maintains protocols and provides staff and clients with this information as needed.
- Clinical Director is responsible for Staff and Client retention and satisfaction.
- Clinical Director will partner with HR in hiring top candidates.
- Clinical Director will provide weekly individual supervision (clinical and administrative) for all assigned clinical staff and document every event.
- Clinical Director will audit clinical and relevant staff to ensure assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, EMR data, and other documentation.
- Clinical Director will maintain direct knowledge of staff performance, attendance, and issues and intervene promptly to remediate deficits.
Clinical Director – Healthcare Qualification:
- Active Colorado licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- 3 plus years of clinical leadership in a clinical director role experienced in a treatment facility working with mental health, trauma, and/or substance use challenges.
- Master’s Degree
- EMR experience
