We have partnered with a leading Oilfield Equipment manufacturer on a Vice President Operations role in Midland, Texas.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide strategic leadership to the operations team - technical processes, logistics and maintenance handling, inventory management, tracking rental assets, leading the shop floor, supply chain, and technical functions
- Identifying and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
- Report directly to the President regarding all jobs and equipment handling
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 10+ years of management experience leading an operations team or shop floor
- Experience in Oilfield Equipment - Pumps, Wellhead, Drilling, Rigging equipment, BOPs, Valves etc
- Proven leadership in a results-driven operational environment plus strong problem-solving and communication skills
- High initiative, adaptability, and a proactive management style
- Exposure tracking rental assets, inventory management, operational strategy, hiring/training and leading team, cost reduction
Salary: $175,000 - $220,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Package
