ProRecruiters is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Conduct on-site field visits to collect data, collaborate with customers on potential solutions, and oversee equipment installations.
- Ensure all new or modified equipment installations are fully functional and meet applicable standards and customer specifications.
- Review performance reports and customer documentation.
- Inspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine the nature and extent of the issue.
- Analyze inspection reports to identify the root cause of the problem.
- Provide recommendations for repairs, replacements, upgrades, and/or corrective actions.
- Coordinate problem resolution with internal departments to expedite service.
- Offer recommendations for addressing recurring equipment issues.
- Maintain detailed records of reports and submit them to the Field Service Supervisor.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure clear communication, timely reports, and high-quality service.
