Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation involving primarily employment and labor law for the employee.

• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trials

• Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies aligned with their goals

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients

• Work autonomously while being part of a supportive legal team

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in CA

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment and labor law, personal injury, or contract disputes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently

• A proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
